Ingredients:
Apple Slaw
- 1 (14 oz.) bag Crunch Pak sliced sweet apples, sliced thin
- 1 head red cabbage, sliced thin
- 1 yellow or red bell pepper, sliced thin
- 6 green onions, chopped
Asian Dressing
- 1 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. black sesame seeds
Method
- Whisk vinegar with ginger, sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, and honey in a medium bowl. Drizzle in canola oil and sesame seeds; whisk until combined.
- Combine apples, cabbage, yellow pepper, and green onions in a large bowl. Toss with the Asian dressing. Serve cold or at room temperature.
